In 2006 Murray Sand Company, Inc. purchased a Caterpillar 330 CL Excavator equipped with a medium length stick and a 3 ½ yard bucket. We also had FQS Bear Equipment install the Groeneveld auto lubrication system.
To this date our machine has approximately 9,000 hours on it, and we have not had to replace a single pin or bushing on the entire machine.
The Groeneveld Auto Lubrication System in fact reduces down time, lowers maintenance and repair costs as well as gives piece of mind that this particular machine is being greased.

MC Dirt is a dirt mining operation located in Summerville, SC. We have a Volvo EC460-LC Hydraulic Excavator, with a 4 cu. yd bucket that was purchased in 2005. It currently has 10,182 hours.
We became familiar with your product when we had to purchase the Groeneveld lubrication system that was installed directly after the equipment was delivered. After running the machine 10,182 hours, it has the original bucket pins, bushings and dust seals.
Since we have installed your product, we have experienced less maintenance costs. Eliminated expensive pins and bushings and down time, labor costs, less grease cost and any safety concerns.
We run this equipment on a daily basis and it is our primary loader for the dirt pit. It is essential that this equipment run efficiently with the least amount of down time.
